Demanding names of informants?

I have a couple ex coworkers that provided me with pretty damning evidence (email screenshots and meeting recordings) that significantly helped my case.

I’m wondering what are the chances my ex employer will demand to know who provided me with that evidence during settlement negotiations? Possibly as a condition of the settlement? Is that a thing?

I assume they could get this information during discovery. But if it doesn’t make it that far I’m just curious.
I obviously want to project these peoples identities as they are still employed there.

Vulnerability disclosure program management

For those who run VDPs, how are you handling the influx of AI slop reports?

Do you push back and ask for a full PoC before attempting your own validation?

A lot of these report provide reproduction steps but no evidence the submitter actually validated the finding.

Trying to figure out how to best approach this situation so I’m not burning all my time trying to validate bunk reports.

Finding a job quickly after wrongful termination

I was wrongfully terminated and retained a lawyer on contingency a few days after my termination. I spoke to two different firms and both offered to take my case but I settled on one and got the ball rolling.

I’ve been doing my diligence with my job search so my question is, if you’re able to quickly find a new job after wrongful termination does it basically mean your ex employer gets away with it since your damages are low?

Based on the evidence of my case (including a recorded meeting that was sent to me where they admitted to the retaliation aspect of my case) we expect to settle if that makes a difference.

It just doesn’t sit right with me that they could potentially get away with paying so little after everything they put me through.
