After one frustrating charging session with the pogo pin alignment, I created a 3D printable stand.
The pogo pin charger slides into place via the guide hole.

Two models are available: one for devices in a case (your mileage may vary on a case-by-case basis), one for devices not in a case.

Print the stand on its side, hole facing up. No supports needed.

For best results, use 100% infill and 5 perimeters. The added weight helps keep the stand from lifting with the device when you remove it.

This might work for a x3 but I don't have one to test with, feel free to let me know!
