I am posting this in search of work in Bishkek, open for any roles other than physical manual labour. I am an Engineering graduate with experience in Environmental monitoring solutions, and can speak English, Arabic and Russian. I also have background knowledge in Data Analysis, with experience in MS Excel and PowerBI.

We received an execution case from the bank related to a bounced cheque for an amount of 18,000 AED.
However, we already had a contract with the bank to pay them on a monthly basis before the case was filed. They bounced the cheque for no reason and filed an execution case immediately without informing us or warning us.
What can we do to get rid of the case since we still have a contract they are forced to follow?
Moving out sale! Everything has to go ASAP.
