I’ve been putting off going to the doctors for weeks now because I don’t have insurance and I know I can’t pay them back(as I’m already in debt to them) I’m 19 and i started smoking cigarettes at 13. I started vaping at 15 when I went back to school. At 16 I started chronically smoking carts and weed. Everyday abusing it. A few days after 4/20 I think I was smoking half a dispensary joint that was coated in wax as well and my tongue and throat and everywhere started burning really really bad worst mouth pain I’ve ever felt. It looked like my tongue had little red dots all over the sides and my blue veins looked really prominent. I also threw up that same night which definitely worsened my situation there. Ever since then I’ve been feeling a lump in my throat as they say like food stuck in the throat. It helps and goes away for a second when I drink water. And it’s been opening more when I drink water. And I won’t lie, I’ve definitely been dehydrated. Extremely,, lips cracked dry mouth headaches all day allat ik it’s bad but I just use the restroom too much bc I don’t eat enough for the water to stay in😭(I don’t have a UTI!!!). I’ve been drinking hella water since I’ve been waking up with pain in my throat though. Throat cancer is so rare and Ik I need to go to the doctors despite what I may try to convince myself and even if I can’t get insurance in time I just need to go. I’m just scared. My ears hurt sometimes too but Ive always had really bad headaches since I was a child!! I just keep feeling this sore in my throat that’s scaring me. Can anyone tell me any thoughts I don’t even know what to ask
