Hello all, I’m having a birthday party next summer in Kent, and I’d like to book a band for it. I’m really into alternative electronic music, house, indie (NOT britpop) etc from 80s and 90s and would like to book someone who could play things in that genre. With a smidgeon of humour too would be good - rather than a very serious vibe. I’d like it to be entertaining, fun, danceable.

Hi all, I’m hoping you can give me some advice on my garden. We have had bamboo appearing in our flowerbed for the last couple of years. I have NO idea whew it’s come from - none of my neighbours have it and there was none in the garden when we moved in 12 years ago. It’s ruining my flowerbed which I am trying to make nice (though I’m not a great gardener…)

Is there anyway to remove it without having to get rid of all the flowers I’ve planted? Any advice gratefully received!
