I've always disliked non-fiction, especially self-help. But I went through a phase of buying them because that's what everyone else was reading and I thought if I forced myself to read them I would learn to like them eventually. I didn't make it past the first few pages, and pretty much forgot the joy of reading. This week I offloaded them all and bought myself some fiction that I loved as a child.

This post is for other adults like me (36F), who feel guilty for still enjoying children's books with pretty vintage art.
