Is there any simpler way of masking or just manualy do it for everything? How tf do u pro animators do it? Now i get why it takes decades for a new episode to come out shit is tiring af

My first ever animation
It’s harder than i thought it would be, this was my first time opening animate, i already have 8+ years of experience in Adobe illustrator and photoshop so i knew most of the stuff and what they do on the program but alot of it is still a mystery to me, what can i improve more?

How do u make animations more smooth?
Im on adobe animate and no matter what i try, alot of frame or whatever i watched videos and did exactly what they did and still my animation is like wobbly and not as smooth, is there any options that im missing or something? It also moves fast or slow and wobbly, how do you do it?
