Everyone and their mom is driving with high beam. Bro, we have enough well lit streets at least in Kathmandu. Please stop blinding me every time I go outside at night.
Surely, they get blinded by vehicles coming their side as well, no? That should make them aware that high beam makes you cant see properly. It’s just annoying.
