After 1 year and 3 months of treatment, I've FINALLY hit a healthy BMI for the first time in my entire life.

I've always been obese, and when I started I had a BMI of 38 and the little marker didn't even move round the red zone until I dropped into class 1 obesity! I remember being so excited for that to happen, and finally I'm in the green.

I've lost 91.8lbs (41.6kg). My blood pressure is normal, my fitness has improved massively, and I no longer feel like my weight is the first thing people notice. I've rushed through a lot of Mounjaro milestones but today I just felt really peaceful seeing a normal BMI for the first time ever. I'd like to lose another 6lbs and tone up but this drug has been a miracle.

I will caveat this by saying I've just had a very significant bereavement, hence the weight dropping off me just after I went up to 7.5mg. It also means I feel no celebration today, but previously I'd been excited about posting for my anniversary so I'm honouring that as I hope I can connect to the joy one day later.

This time last year I was 268lbs, just over 19 stone/121kg. I had a BMI of 38. Now I'm the smallest I've ever been in my adult life having lost 85.6lbs/just over 6 stone/nearly 39kg. I'm hoping I'll hit goal this summer, and might reassess if I want to go a bit lower (my goal is BMI 24 currently).

I have never seen a 1 at the start of my weight ever in my entire life. I have NEVER been in onederland! This is huge!
