So, a little about me and my WoW time. I was a Heroic/Hard-Mode player who stopped when Lore started going wonky at the end of Legion. The guild was on thin ice, and it wasn't easy, but it decided to step away from the game. I am one of those players who likes to farm and fish. It's relaxing for me. I ended up playing mostly survival crafter games, and that scratched that itch, so to speak.

About 6 weeks ago, a friend asked me to pick up the game and give my thoughts on the Lore and where the game is. They are 100% a super casual player and never raid, but we always talked about the game. She is the one who brought me back, but since then, I have been "locked in" as the kids say nowadays.

I am a medically retired US Army veteran. I have tons of time on my hands, so that allows me to play a ton. I got suckered into M+. My guild didn't do M+ back in Legion as we were mainly a raiding guild, and it was seen as a "side thing". I think it just a wee bit of a shock to the system seeing how it has progressed in the time since I left the game. It is my old ZA bear runs turned up to 11, and I am freaking here for it!

So for in-game stuff, I am a healer first and foremost. I play all the healers; move all the bars! I can and enjoy DPS, but it has to feel good to me. I am the kind of person who will tell you if I don't want to do something or play a class/spec that I do not like. The only characters that I do not have at 90 and typically do not play are the Warrior and the Rogue. Shaman is 290 ilvl.

I would say I am still an above-average player and have achieved 3K+ on several toons pugging this tier. (sorry "season"). My shaman is my main (mainly because I can interrupt as a healer), but I'm enjoying the pally as well. For DPS, I have only touched DH as pugging is easier to lean into the healers.

I am 100% about helping people, and that is why I think I love healing so much and always have. RIFT used to have support classes, and so I am looking at Aug and would love for them to add more like this, but I digress.

The only times I am unable to raid are Fri nights. My Wife and I get together with several other couples and play TTRPG's and have for years. We skip some Fridays due mainly to a few of the couples having kids (we only have fur babies).

I am looking for a guild that goes to raid but also likes M+. I am the kinda of player that enjoys just about everything.

Our guild is led by a former Guild Master from back in the old-school hard mode days (Vanilla - MoP). We’re returning to build a raid and M+ teams that balances efficiency with a healthy life balance. We are highly competent, zero-drama players who want to clear content quickly and thoroughly without making the game feel like a second job.

### **Our Progression Blueprint (7.5 Hours/Week Total)**

We believe a modern guild should progress seamlessly in both raiding and high keys. We split our focus across 3 dedicated nights a week—**2.5 hours per night (including breaks)**—to ensure maximum efficiency without burnout. While some of our members will naturally lean heavily toward raiding and others toward keys, our schedule is designed to elevate everyone.

* **Heroic Clear / AOTC:** Our absolute bare minimum baseline every single tier. We clear this cleanly and efficiently.

* **Mythic Flex Push:** Once Heroic is on farm, we step into Mythic bosses, scaling our roster dynamically without the old 20-man bench drama.

* **Dedicated M+ Progress Night:** One full night a week is strictly locked in for guild Mythic+ progression. We form optimized, internal teams to push high keys, fill Great Vaults, and master dungeon mechanics together—no pugging required.

**Who We Want:**

* **The "Retired" Hardcore Raider:** You used to raid 3-4 nights a week, you know how to prep for a boss, read logs, and handle mechanics, but you only have the time/energy for a structured, lighter schedule now.

* **Reliable Core:** We value consistency over raw parsing. If you know how to stay out of the fire and maximize your toolkit, you’ll fit right in.

While the guild infrastructure and community are taken care of, we are actively looking for an experienced **Raid Leader** to help shape and drive our core raid team.

If you are a former high-end or hard-mode Raid Leader who still loves the tactical side of boss prep, strategy, and callouts, but you're tired of managing guild drama, recruitment, and the logistics of a 20+ man roster—**this is your dream gig.**

* **Your Role:** Run the raid floor during our 2 progression nights. Call the plays, refine the strats, and keep the team focused and efficient.

* **Our Promise to You:** Zero administrative burnout. The GM handles the recruitment, the schedules, the Discord management, and the guild logistics. You just get to show up, lead a team of highly competent veterans, and clear content within a strict, respected time frame.

*(Note: If you have a co-lead or a small group of competent friends you always raid with, we have room to bring them along as part of our core Flex roster!)*

### **Downtime: Life Outside the Guild Event Times**

When the official progression nights are over, the keys don't stop getting run and the Discord doesn't go quiet. We’re a community of gamers who actually enjoy hanging out together. If you log on during our "off-nights," you’ll usually find us doing a bit of everything:

* **The Infinite Key Grind:** Let’s be real—progression never stops, boys and girls. There is almost always a group forming in Discord to smash out *even more keys* just for the hell of it, or to help a guildie finish up their week.

* **Alt-Holic Anonymous:** Got a severe case of alt-itis? You’re in good company. We’re always leveling new characters, testing out fresh specs, and running casual dungeons to gear up our secondary characters.

* **Casual PvP & Nostalgia Trips:** We love to dabble in battlegrounds when the mood strikes. And yes, we fully intend to bring back the grand tradition of **Drunk Alterac Valley** nights. Come lose your mind in the mid-field with us. (You don't have to be drunk to laugh and have a great time)

* **Enjoy Some Other Games People:** Other games from ARPG's like D4 and PoE2 to shooters and everything in between. We are a community not just a guild for people to play WoW together.
