Unit Culture & Workflow: How are the staffing ratios and team support on Med floor?

Orientation: Anything specific to keep in mind during preceptor shifts or Epic workflow here?

Commute & Parking: Best/most realistic parking tips or transit routes for Streeterville shifts?

Any Chicago nurses know who is hiring? I’ve applied to many hospitals and haven’t heard much, I had 3 interviews last week one with northwestern and the other with advocate. I sent follow up emails and no response yet. I’ve been an RN for 2 years now and no luck in trying to change my RN specialty from medsurg to pediatric or outpatient.
