the warm growing season is quickly coming to a close in the northern hemisphere. i just want to look back on some of the notable things from the past season before it is gone

nobody been posting turtle stuff so here yall go!
this is is ruthless and extremely hard to get rid of. Every couple days i use tweezers because spines are rough on my knuckles And pull it all out. I hope before i seal it up for winter storage it is not issue.
i it took them awhile and had to scar up the rootstocks a few times but they are looking better every day. Time to start some more!
after i pollinated her the buds stopped forming. Now they are devoloping very rapidly Since the fruit is ripening and no longer needs the plants energy.
i bought this as a scop/pach cross 2 summers ago as a 20cm tip cutting.
The first photo is outdoors in the greenhouse and the second and smaller plants were that were inside my climate controlled house. I treat all my cacti similarly and they looked normal yesterday. should i be worried if the plants seem healthy otherwise?
some of the larger seedlings planted late 2023 breeder :PNO
all these guys are from the breeder PNO and all are from the season 2024 pack. the number on the pot is the cross number. i really do not inow much more than that but i wish i did. I have cross 1, 2, ,3 , 4, 5, 67, 71, and 81
its about a month since pollinationand is changing color to a brownish yellow from green
Im about to stuff some flying saucer pollen in here and see what happens
the 2 in the middle are the only seedlings that survived and i grafted one and it started going monstrose.. i have no idea about the genetics but would love to know
my cactus flower photos so far this season
my 2.5yr old male eastern box turtle really has an appetite this year!
