Were these EBC rotors a steal??

I bought these last year for all four corners, just got around to installing them. I bundled them with TRW Ultra ceramic pads. I got everything for about $425. I replaced some very worn Zimmerman slots with Pagid Sport pads.

Reset snafu

I sold my gpus and reset while sitting in the parking lot of the vets office, with weak signal. It reset my attributes and my timer, but not the levels and my mission. Yikes 255z! 🫣

I wanted to help freelance Web designers and build my own business

I know a few people that are web designers and have talked about hoping from project to project and how finding a consistent stream of work can be tedious. I thought about it for a weeks, then it dawned on me one day while trying to find the website for a small local business where I live. Most people will search Google either the search engine, or Maps, when trying to find a business. The particular business I was looking for didn't seem to have a site, at least no Google presences (Maps or via search). That was when my idea clicked about finding good web design leads.

My site/services does some magic when you enter the city/town and state, along with a profession or field. It finds you leads and sends them to you. I just launched last week and am really excited, as this is my first true online business, and I put a lot of time and effort into it. Any feedback or sharing to someone you may know is appreciated!

Seen in the wild today. Was it legit?

I saw this today , but didn't have time to inspect it closely. No rear badge and it seemed like aftermarket tail lights. I was in a hurry and forgot to circle back later.

Another small W with options today - Intel

Using the same MMR approach that scored a 49% gain on PLTR yesterday, netted me 71% profit today on Intel calls. I am working on being able to increase my purchase quantity, but keeping it small until I vet this approach.

A small W today in Palantir calls

I was scanning for techs that had pulled back this week and PLTR was down quite a bit compared to previous day. I reviewed the options volume and OI and found a contract I liked. I set a limit order to snag one contract (I only keep a small percentage of my account set aside for "trading"), and then once it filled set a GTC sell order at 40% profit. The opening surge smacked the sell button and I got out for 49% profit. I knew I should have grabbed two or three, but I was staying within my limits.

Is a simple approach like this sustainable? It works for me about 50%-60% of the time, but I never buy more than 2 or 3 contracts. I used the same approach on AMC last month and doubled my money, but again, only 5 contracts, so about $100 profit.

thanks for reading and sharing!

530i OEM Xenon headlight upgrades

Hi,

Some have seen me talk about the Evo projector swap I did to replace my tarnished, 20 year old, factor Xenon projectors. This is a 2001 530iA Sport pkg car that I am the second owner of, and have owned for 17 years.

During COVID I bought an M sport bumper package for the car and had it painted but never installed it because I wasn't going anywhere, and then I bought an E90 from a family member to use as a daily. The car is finally back on the road for the first time in 4 years.

- Factory Xenon headlights with angel eyes

- Evo-X 2.0 Bi-xenon projectors from TRS

- 50 watt Morimoto ballasts

- Philips 85122 XV2 4800K capsules

- New clear lenses (2001 can be heated and separated)

- Hi/low pigtail to activate the Bi-xenon shutters and LED high beams simultaneously

- Umnitza ICE LED Angel Eye replacement "bulbs"

How do you deal with regret?

Backstory:

When I was in college I worked p/t where my dad did, for a small industrial electronics manufacturer. The VP there was chill and ate lunch in the break room with everyone else. He mentored me on investing and I started my first account at age 19, with $1500. Over the course of about 2.5 years, he gave me advice, tips, and told me equities he was investing in. In the summer of 2002 he suggested I buy Corning Glass as they were absolutely beat up, undervalued, and would bounce back in the future, he was sure of it. He had nearly 50K invested in them, so I bought 500 shares around $1.95 and added another 300 shortly thereafter, bringing me to 800 shares at an average of around $2.95 each. I sold some after college to pay off debt, but still held around 500 shares until I was strapped for cash after my divorce, and sold the remaining, keeping only 2 shares and applying DRIP, so now I have like three.

I say all this because I am having deep remorse and regret, and it's causing me severe stress and anguish, knowing that I could be debt-free with no mortgage if I just held those 800 shares. I know that's a lot of what ifs, but how do others deal with feelings like this?

Thank you for listening

Back when Z Cash started climbing around Thanksgiving, I picked up a couple used a9 ZMaster miners at a reasonable price. I added a super cheap batch one z9 Mini around Christmas and have been running it overclocked for 14.5 ksol forr a few months. Right now ZEC is super profitable. Is anyone else here running similar equipment?
