I've been feeling pain and discomfort
I'm 7 months post OP and I've been feeling pain on the blue circle region and discomfort on the yellow circle region whenever I stand up. Is this normal what should I do to deal with it?

I know we mostly talk about our injuries and how bad they were and how much we struggle, but I think it's just as important to highlight our wins as well even the small ones. Even if it's doing your rehab when you didn't feel like it or enjoying your rehab or making small progress like having your brace adjusted. Drop your wins here even if the aren't recent wins or have nothing to do with a knee injury. There is no win that is too big nor one that is too small

I got my injury(Grade 3 ACL tear, and grade 3 tears of most of my Post Later Corner, grade 1 PCL sprain), while playing 1st team 7s rugby for my school. I was a somewhat warm night at a 7s tournament and I was playing the match at wing. We played the ball through the hands until it eventually landed in my hands. I saw that we had a 2v2 on the wing so I decided that the best option would be to aggressively sprint diagonally towards the space in between the two opposition players and pop the ball to my teammate. It supposed to look like an X. I run into his channel and he runs into mine. We literally did that same line during the warm up to that game 💀. But I digress. I run my aggressive line which worked well. A little too well now both opposition players were preparing to double team me. Guess what my teammate was doing, a whole 1st team player by the way? Was he A. Running his line like he was supposed to. B. Preparing to protect the ball in case I got tackled. Make your guess. WRONG, it was option C. He was WATCHING RUGBY, while on the field. So me in a sprint seeing that my plan wasn't going to work, I attempted to reset the play. Now here's the mistake I made. I attempted to stop a full sprint in one step. Not only that, I attempted to stop all the force of me sprinting on one leg, I also had the brilliant idea to turn 300° in that same step. My knees decided that they were closer to 60 years old than 16, which lead to a total knee dislocation and a multi-ligament tear. That's why I'm here
