So I just created a seemingly normal short/reel but I tried to download it and it failed. I tried many more times and I almost raged and used my Chromebook as a bomb. What is going on?

So I have a Late 2013 iMac (14,1) that the last OS installed on it was Mavericks. I do not have another working computer at home. What do I do?
