I’m 3 days off the Zyn. I struggled with alcohol for a long time and I quit that over a year now no problem. But these zyns got me in a chokehold man like holy shit 😂 I tried quitting nicotine multiple times over the course of my life and failed. 3 days is the longest I’ve gone without any nicotine in the last 10 years of my life. Wow
