I’m curious how brokers in Dubai are sourcing listings these days. The market feels more competitive than ever, and I’m noticing the usual methods don’t hit like they used to.

If you’re an agent actively closing deals, I’d love to hear:

• What’s your main source of listings right now? (cold calling, referrals, social media, portals, etc.)

• What’s actually working in today’s market vs. what’s a waste of time?
