Okinawa advice urgently needed!!! Like yesterday
Hey everyone my parents moved to Okinawa Japan so I’m spending my summer with them. I am currently freaking out so badly. I have a severe peanut allergy and terrible anxiety around it. I thought it would be fine but I’ve been here for two days traveling and have eaten nothing but snacks from the states. I thought my arfid/ocd whatever was better, but I am so terribly wrong. The thought of eating something foreign where cross contamination may not be understood or anything like that is making me cry and feel like eating literally anything is impossible even if its peanut free im scared of same kitchen etc or biting into something and finding put after. I need advice on any foods or restaurants that were fine for anyone. Literally anything helps lol.
