Very old Eb soprano flugelhorn Couesnon Monopole

So i bought this for quite cheap, and indeed it's in quite poor condition (see hole and cracks on the bell). But it is somewhat playable. I unlocked almost all the caps and one slide, but i wonder what to do about the cracks on the bell.. if anybody has some tips about restoring it, it would be of great help.

I'll upload a video of me playing it, although I'm not very good at it:

Good evening, so i recently bought a trumpet (i made a post about it on r/trumpet some time ago) for quite cheap of the stencil brand "Musica-Steyr Austria" and so far I didn't find much online about it, until today! I just noticed on ebay a trumpet that's the exact copy of mine, and it's a Boosey & Hawkes regent de luxe from 1972 (from what the seller states), and the serial number is quite close to mine too, so i was wondering:

- What's going on? What's the story here?

- Is it a good trumpet? (So far I'm finding it really nice to play but I'm not a professional)

Thank you in advance for anyone replying!

(Mine is the one I'm holding in the first 3 photos)

First of all, unfortunately i got it in this shape already.

this is an orsi milano Flugelhorn (probably from the 30') and the middle piston was (my guess) completely destroyed by someone trying to force it out, probably with a hammer
