Chattanooga does not offer livable wages
Not specifically disparaging this organization, but a director-level position requiring a degree for $40k wouldn’t be affordable in Niota, much less here. I see it all the time.

First time posting. This board has been so helpful to me. I had a virtual first interview for a remote role last week (small business, so it was the hiring managers) that went well. They said there would be a second interview with selected candidates. Today I received a response to my thank you email stating “you’re on our final candidate list and we will be making a decision by Friday”. But they have not asked to meet with me a second time. Seems like a way to keep me in the loop while verifying if a first choice is available. Am I totally off base?
