Do we have to wear formals/semi formals on orientation day? (Both guys and girls)

Also ye college me kesa bag lejane ka sooch rahe ho ?
Aur bag me orientation ke din kya leke jana hota hai??
Hey so I received the mail explaining what needed to be done before matriculation day , they said to upload some documents on the student portal but I didn’t see any option in the website, also when I try to pay the fee online it shows ‘no charges posted against you yet’ and also I don’t remember which option I clicked on the website but it showed that your enrolment is pending? So does this usually happens? Or I need to contact the admission cell soon?? Btw My matriculation/registration is on 27th
