Fast CE For Less certificate and inquiry

Hello po! I chose Fast CE For Less for my certificates, and NY din po yung state ko. Ask ko lang sana if yung name na nilagay niyo po ba doon ay naka-all caps or standard capitalization lang?

Also, okay lang po ba kahit walang middle name? Wala kasi akong nakitang field para sa middle name during registration.

Successful naman po ba yung application ninyo and wala namang naging problema? Thank you so much in advance po. 🤍

Form 3F DHL envelope

Hi everyone, genuine question. Is it allowed/okay if my documents for Form 3F are folded? I went to DHL here in our city, and this is apparently how they usually send documents. (P.S. the picture is just a sample I got from Google, but it’s really similar to how DHL does it.)

I asked the staff if other nurses have already processed and sent theirs this way, and they said yes.

Please help me answer this. Is it okay if my Form 3F documents are sent to New York like this? Has anyone here tried it and had their documents successfully accepted?

I’m planning to send mine next week, so I’m overthinking a bit and worried there might be a problem. Thank you in advance. 🤍

State Board Verification for 3F

Hello po. I’ve been contemplating which one to choose for the purpose of State Board Verification. Some say it should be “abroad,” while others say “state board.” Ano po ba talaga ang correct? I hope someone who has successfully processed their documents and already took the exam can answer this question. Thank you in advance. 🤍
