How to get my center of mass backward?

Hi,

I stand too far forward and feel like I'm standing more on my toes and mid-foot than on my heels.

Is there anyone that has corrected a forward of center of mass so that their hips, knees and ankles are more in line with each other?

Thanks!

After releasing Deep Hip External Rotators, what muscles/exercises do I need to work on?

Hi,

I've had very tight deep hip external rotators for many years which you'll be surprised has caused so many problems on my body all caused from sitting down at the computer for too long without breaks with knee pain all the way to tinnitus in my ear and jaw pain among others symptoms.

My hip internal rotation and hip flexion has been limited, but after releasing the muscles I'm starting to gain mobility back. I did the lateral band walk after releasing and I can feel my pelvis tilting back to neutral which is great.

However, what other exercises am I missing? Because of the tightness I'm also getting "clunking" in my hips when I bring my knee up towards my chest and down, which is improving, but I can tell its due to the tight hip external rotators pulling my femurs out of position. It does quieten down after releasing the deep hip external rotators, and even more so after doing the lateral banded walk.

I'm basically looking to see if someone can add to my routine which so far includes:

- Release deep hip external rotators with massage ball

- Lateral Banded Walk.

Thanks for your help!
