Hello! I am in need of a divorce, but I had left my job to become a stay at home mom, there for I have no income currently. I just found a job but won’t start until next week. We have a 10 month old therefor need to figure out custody agreement. Do i need to get a lawyer or can i do it all myself bu going to the county office? I’m not from Dallas, my family is from El Paso, and I wanted to move back but my ex wife threaten to fight for full custody if I leave Dallas. Any advice??
