Public Speaking Error

I am LIVID right now!

I passed the multiple choice test with a 457. I recorded my speech portion and went to submit it but then received an error. I don’t remember it verbatim but it said something about an error with the audio. I called Prometric, got transferred 3 different times, and then was told “John” wasn’t in and that’s the only person who could help me.

Has anyone experienced this before? It did allow me to submit the test. My proctor says to have faith that the audio did upload, but I really don’t want to wait weeks and weeks just to be failed due to my audio.

Any advice is greatly appreciated. *I did test my audio before starting the official test by the way.

Loose Tray

Switching to tray #3/14 and the very back top right molar (the side with my snaggle tooth) barely stays on. Is this normal? I kind of feel like it’s like that because this tray will push my front teeth in and cause that molar to move back, but idk. Does that mean I need refinements/to call the dentist?

Has anyone ever experienced this? I recently saw my dentist last week and my teeth were fine in tray #2.

Sorry if it’s a dumb question. Trays 1 and 2 were super tight at first but not really like this.
