I have been with the state for many years. Recently I was put on a CR and met the metrics they required and returned to normal. Now I was placed on a PIP after a month in a half. Should I start looking for a new job or if I meet the Metrics they are requiring after 30 days, will I be safe?

Has anyone made a complaint against their supervisor after their supervisor insulted them?

Has anyone received a communication record before? I received a communication record for a high case load. Mind you my supervisor is worthless. Should I be worried about being fired? I have been with the state 6 years
