Hey guys,

So I’ve been in the gambling game for a really long time and I’m not delusional. It’s been twice this week that wilds and bonuses on Loto Quebec’s Espace Jeux website (casino slots section) and the screen glitches right away and boots me off the game.

So I go back to the game right after refreshing and the bonus is gone. The first time it happened. I called customer service, and she expected me to tell her the exact time it happened or else she wouldn’t be able to supposedly help. How am I supposed to keep track of the exact time it was weird. She was rude and hung up without helping me she’s supposed to be able to see these things from her end herself.

The second time it happened on another slab game I just let it go and logged off of the website and told myself I’m never going to deposit there again.

These websites are really helping me quit gambling. What can I say? They’re so dishonest and rigged and fucked. I can’t take it anymore.

Just wanted to warn you guys because Loto Quebec is supposedly so reputable around here, and yes yes and yes, I know that many people have won the lottery through this organization, but when it comes to their casino, it feels like a total scam.

I don’t know if it’s just me or do Kalamba games payout more than others if you bet high and hit the bonus. They just seem to pay out a lot more than others, but I want your opinion too :)

So there’s something I noticed about online casinos in general, I’ve been playing for over 10 years.

Every time I lose too much I contact support and ask them to close my account.

Then obviously because I’m a degen lol I ask them to re-open it after a couple of months or even years sometimes. And they do.

And then I actually WIN. A good $1000-$4000 win comes along with the account reopening and I feel like this is a classic psychological move they do.

They want you back playing after actually having the balls to leave them, so they lure you in with some winnings right after you reopen…

Now I’m not saying this is exactly the case 100% everywhere but I’d say I noticed this most of the time!

TERRIBLE casino. I’ve deposited over $2000 here and I wake up in the morning and my account is CLOSED for absolutely no reason. The live agent tells me:

“As per my check, the account has been closed by an administrative decision, and sadly it can't be reopened. The reason for closure hasn't been specified, so if you wish to request more info, you can contact us at
support@ninecasino.com, and our team will inform you. Thanks for understanding!”

They didn’t want to explain anything further. They just let me deposit money and closed my account! I’m furious and had to share this…DO NOT play here, the good reviews are fake.

Just wanted to warn you guys. Don’t fall for this place like I did!
