Suspicious mod deletion.
Edit: after a kind commenter actually took the time to help instead of talk shit. We discovered something was messing with my DNS and sending me to an improper download even from the official site. Qbittorrent not to blame for the virus, but just deleting my first post asking for help without saying a single word was still crappy.
