Help with Thermal Throttling on my laptop
I've been experiencing severe thermal throttling on my laptop recently and I'm looking for advice on how to fix or mitigate it.
Here are my specs and details:
* **Laptop Model:** MSI Katana
* **CPU:** Intel Core i7-12700H
* **GPU:** NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti
* **RAM:** 32GB
**The Issue:**
Whenever I am gaming, my CPU hits high temperature spikes, leading to heavy thermal throttling and performance drops.
**What I've tried so far:**
* I have already opened the laptop and fully repasted both the CPU and GPU.
* I've been trying to manage it using software tweaks like Quick CPU, adjusting Power Limits (PL1/PL2), and tweaking Windows power plans.
* Updated BIOS
Despite the repaste and the power limit adjustments, the system is still throttling under heavy load.
