First few days of playing and I’ve noticed that I quite enjoy the short-scale body, but the distortion is a bit difficult to dial in perfectly. Recently tried remaking the “Rape Me” tone and this guitar got very close, will be posting the vid when I’m finished. Overall, really fun to play, the single coil sound is unbeatable! Lmk what you guys think :)

While looking through the Journals for lyrics, I found these notes, that mention a few ribbon microphones, specifically the Beyer M130, RCA 77DX and the RCA BK5, the “supposed” microphones used on his amps while recording In Utero. Aaron Rash used these same mics on his latest video, where he talks about the Fender Twin II being the main amp for the album. Thought it would be interesting and useful for more tone recreations.
