As per The latest i-485 inventory data.

USCIS says 12685 as available for India.

Awaiting availability:

India: 9367

China: 4397

So my question is; what does available means here? for FY2026 they have these numbers which can be issued this year and are being processed?

can we expect most of these 12685 processed by end of sep so no visas are wasted.
