Quick results and weight loss

I’m someone who likes seeing quick results. However, I’ve started my weight loss journey knowing that sustainability requires time and patience. Yet, ever since I began eating better and exercising, I find myself constantly checking the mirror whether I’m just using the restroom or finishing a workout.

I was wondering if there is anyone here who is approaching or has already reached their ideal weight, someone who went through what I’m experiencing now and what they did to move past that mindset.

That’s exactly why I’ve failed in the past, because I didn't see quick results. It’s starting to happen again now, even though I’ve only been exercising and trying to eat healthily for three days.

To wrap things up, I want to be honest... I don’t want to give up again just because I’m not seeing immediate results. I find myself constantly wondering where I’d be right now if I hadn't quit those previous times. I think about how I could have already reached my ideal weight by now.
