Mass Extinction won the vote for the Live album
Which song from Pimp makes the cut?
(One song from each album goes on a spotify playlist)
Been a while, but there's been new albums so my playlist needs updated.
I have a Spotify playlist, one song from each album, I let this sub decide which song makes it. I see which song has the most mentions and upvotes after a week. So which song from Live should make the playlist?
I've started the DC Versus Marvel omni, and I'm into the first story (Superman Vs. The Amazing Spider-Man.) I've never seen the "terran way" version of this phrase. I tried googling. The first try, it literally said this phrase doesn't exist and is just a popular meme. I reworded, then it acknowledged that this particular story is the one time it was used. Not important, just thought it was interesting and wanted to share.
So, here's this show that features a strongwoman named Nadine. Eventually, a plot point requires a strong person to beat up a cgi orb. A strong person is already well-established in the show, the actor was there, but instead a brand new strong person character was created.
Why was beloved Nadine not considered for that scene? (This show loves mirrors, it would have been a mirror to when she manhandled Hank.)
I'm aware Freddie's role would have been filled by Pete/Jack Nance in a happier reality. That actually would have made even less sense, for me.
I'm also aware that the strength to literally throw a teenager across a football field and the power of a piledriver in a single punch aren't the same thing, but they're in the same nonsense ballpark, to me.
I'm not expecting answers, I just don't get it, and I'm curious if this was a (very minor and inconsequential) hangup for anyone else.
