Established apparel business seeking $100k–$150k expansion financing

I own an established independent apparel/costume brand and am currently exploring approximately $100,000–$150,000 in business financing to expand our production capacity.
The business is already operating and generating sales. We recently launched a major collaboration with a creator with a multi-million-person social media audience, and the goal now is to transition from primarily owner-led production into a more scalable operation.
Funding would primarily be used for:
Leasing and setting up a dedicated production/studio facility
Commercial sewing and embroidery equipment
Hiring and training 2–3 production employees
Fabric/material inventory and working capital
Increasing fulfillment capacity and supporting upcoming launches
I'm currently evaluating term loans, private business loans, revenue-based financing, or potentially an individual/private investor, depending on the structure and terms.
I’m not interested in merchant cash advances with extreme daily/weekly repayment structures.
I can provide business documentation, sales history, bank statements, Shopify records, projections, use-of-funds breakdown, and information regarding the upcoming growth strategy to a legitimate lender.
For those who have raised a similar amount for a growing apparel/e-commerce company: what type of financing did you ultimately use, and are there lenders or private funding sources you would recommend looking into?
I'm also open to hearing from legitimate lenders/investors who work with businesses at this stage. Please include your company, website, and basic financing terms if reaching out.
