I just reread volume 7 up to a certain point, and the latest chapter mentions that the cloak is made of white leather, just as illustrated in the manhwa. The belt isn't mentioned at all, only the black shirt. I don't know if there will be another chapter later, but for now, it's a good adaptation. (Chapter 209 of the novel)
