I passed out from heat exhaustion today at the Noble Joes off the trail. Thankfully my firefighter/emt husband was there and ran over to help. I especially want to thank the two girls in front of me in line who immediately jumped in helping him/me to cool me off and boxing up our food. I didn’t get their names but they really stepped up!! And so many people there were bringing water and other things to help out, so thank you all so much!!

I’m all good now and recovered. It’s HOT out there, know the signs of heat exhaustion and what to do when it happens because it can turn dire very quickly!! It’s scary and was embarrassing but I’m glad to be ok thanks to everyone who helped me!
