Hey, so I was off the game for almost 3 years and just returned, a lot of things have changed and I wanted to start playing Ahri again, but I'm confused about her build, a friend told me that malignance as first item is trolling, but I see a lot of people recommending it, I also use Itero and it recommends me a build with blackfire torch and liche's bane.

So, what of those two items is her core and when should I use one or the other? What about the 2nd item? Should I go shadowflame? Stormsurge?

How do you guys see the new imperial mandate on zoe? Just curious, I know the patch just came out 2 days ago but, have anyone tried it?
