Hello I haven’t tried to submit stops yet so I have no idea what could possibly end up as pokestop.
Kinda scared too since I’ve seen some posts that got banned for submitting a pokestop.

Also I know it’s kind of complicated but could this or any other stop around me end up as gym?
In my place there’s often 2 dynamax spots but I really want to have a gym here for obvious reasons 😂
