Is it possible for a dealer to move the odometer forward?

Here's why I ask. My gx spends half the year parked while I am at my central American farm. My truck host drives it once a month when I'm out. This time, she changed the oil at 158k. The I came back and it needed a new battery. Replaced. Now only 3 weeks back it registers 163k and I need another oil change. Can this happen via dealership ( where the oil was changed ) or with battery swap.

No one drove the truck 5k miles.
