Pec ECE vs BIT MESRA ( ECE/AI&ML) VS IIITs like Pune/Guwahati/Surat/Una/Nagpur (CSE/ECE)... really confused among these

Just need good internships and placements ,decent balanced college life , good opportunities in future, reasonable fees( can take loan too if worth it)

And am ready to put some extra efforts in college ...

Just confused about the colleges

Also does the IIIT tag really matter that much?
