I'm going to Laos in January next year and looking at tours that specialise in cycling or hiking. Ideally I'd like a tour that's around a week long.

Does anyone recommend a particular company?

I'm a solo traveller looking who enjoys cycling/mtb/hiking.

I’ve got my assessment centre coming up and wondering for those who passed - did you use STAR or STARLA when answering questions in your panel interview?

There’s been heaps of info on here which has been helpful, but I'm just uncertain about which method is best as I’m really comfortable with STAR but don’t feel comfortable with STARLA.

Any advice would be appreciated!
