Overlay or Sealcoating? Need help
Does this driveway need an overlay or crack repair and seal coating is enough?
I have a contractor quote me $8000 to saw cut and level the big cracks and lay 2.5 inches of hot 9.5 mm asphalt over entire 3000 sq ft. of driveway roll and compact tamping edges to 45°
Just crack repair and seal coating will be around $1500.
I have never maintained a driveway before. Please help me decide.
