What to ask at a laparoscopy consult?

So I'm not new to Endo, I've had it for over 10 years and had a laparoscopy 7 years ago in May of 2019...(I know, so long ago, and I probably should have asked sooner for another with my pain but I just didn't know how soon was too soon to ask again) I didn't know anything about it just that every cycle hurt so bad that moving to get comfortable would sometimes make the pain worse to the point of getting sick, (I won't go into much details there but you get the point) as well as many other issues.. but thats not why im making this post.

My last OBGYN appointment I was asked if I was thinking about another surgery and I was... so now I have an appointment for next week to have a consult for the surgery. I don't have many people who live near me to talk about endometriosis with and a lot of people just don't get it, so I come to you for some insight.

What would be some good questions (or things to bring up) to ask at my consult? I know to bring up whatever concerns I have, but sometimes I end up leaving appointments and see other people say "did you ask this?" And I realize that I definitely should have asked more...
