Is it possible to build a torso for my dad and remove the finger from the lens?

I want to get this photo printed out large and framed so I can put it up in my house. I can give a reference image for his body but it’s in black and white. Is there anything you can do to the photo to make sure it prints well also?

Pic 1 is the photo I want corrected, and pic 2 is a torso for reference.
