Visitor visa denied
We had applied for visitor visas for my step children in hopes to have them visit for Christmas and summer breaks and just recently had their interview appointment at the embassy in Poland. The denial states under section 214(b)of the US Immigration and Nationality Act we did not provide enough proof they would return to their home country. We provided their local address and their enrollment in public school. What other information should we include when we apply again? Should we forgo the visitor visa application and try for naturalization instead?
