As the title says, this is for a born-abroad-Canadian's first passport. It's from a photographer on the embassy's approved list. The concern I have is the black covering. The child's chin is over top of it, but I think because it makes it look asymmetrical, I am concerned. Otherwise head is squared, shoulders actually are level, eyes open, mouth closed. Honestly the face is better than what they show for babies. And I did look at the picture of the lady with the hijab on the website too to see about what can potentially be obscured. But it's three hours each way for my embassy appointment and I need to take a day off work and I am concerned.

Would people here say to go get retakes because of this or for a newborn is it fine? Thanks.
