📌 Job Description
You will gather publicly available information from Instagram business accounts and the links provided in their bios.
The data must be entered into an Excel template that I will provide.
🎯 Target Accounts (Very Important)
- ONLY Real Estate-related accounts
- Real Estate Agencies
- Real Estate Agents
- Realtors
- ONLY located in:
- Lisbon
- Sintra
- Cascais
- Any other type of business will NOT be accepted or paid.
📊 Information to Collect
For each valid Instagram account:
- Business / Agent Name
- Instagram Handle
- Email address
- Phone number
- Physical business address
- If not listed on Instagram, you must check the website/link in bio
- Last activity date (date of the most recent Instagram post)
📂 Data Requirements
- Data must be filled only in the Excel template I provide
- Instagram handles must be matched against my existing list
- Any duplicates or accounts already in my sheet must be omitted
- Accuracy is extremely important
💰 Payment
- $5 USD per 100 valid entries
- 1,000 entries = $50 USD
- Payment via:
- Revolut (priority)
- PayPal

- Ability to research links/websites when needed
- Experience with Excel or Google Sheets
- Revolut account preferred
