studying abroad in france right now!
Hello,
I am currently studying abroad in Talloires, France near Annecy with my university for the summer. I was just placed with a host family and realized they did not speak any English. Today, it's just been a lot of hand movements and google translate, but I really want to be able to communicate with them very briefly or have some conversations on the dinner table. I am okay at Spanish (about B1 level I would say), and i was wondering where I should start with French. How should i learn, where should I look, and what are some prhases I should now as I live in their house?
