how hard is it to maintain a 9 cgpa in cse for an average student at shiv nadar

Do we need to have 65% aggregate in all subjects or specific subjects???

i got into snu and i REALLY wanna go there but the total fee wid an 8% increment every year has put me into reconsidering my choices is there any way i could get a fee concession or any reduction
