My son and I made this little pond. It as a pump and we have tested ph, ammonia etc.

Mushrooms found all over the back garden in Melbourne Victoria. Can anyone tell me what this is?

I have tried to set up a small fish pond. The plan is to have 2 -4 little fish.
I have added what I was given to remove chlorine and added some plants. Can someone please let me know how I can get the water to be clear ? And what fish I can add?
